Fred Loya Insurance

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The service was horrendous. I spent hours of my day off to handle time-sensitive things at the DMV and the paperwork was given wrong not once, but twice!!! Now that I told them the DMV won’t accept the document I paid for them to create today, they said they can’t fix it…. WHAT DID I PAY THEM FOR!!!!! Horrible service. Horrible I wasted my whole day for the inexperience of this place.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. They say they give you a 10 day grace period before policy cancels. NOT TRUE. When you have to renew your policy if its due on one day, your supposed o pay for it the day before. If not, it's cancelled. The frustrating part is that was never disclosed, and im not the only one who has complained. Their own manager admitted to issues in this location. I want to see the owner comment on my post. Dont care for negative comments right?

To be honest. I switched to this insurance thinking I would have a much more better service. But the “we can’t do that” to everything is getting old. They can’t even keep my card on file without me having to walk in everytime. Can’t change my phone number without walking in. Can’t reinstate my insurance without taking ALL cars in policy again. Most likely will be switching insurances in the next month because I am tired of this.

Fred Loya falsely advertises they say u can pay online but that's not true it's takes 5days to get ur payment in the system an it's not a for sure thing they lie so much I strongly wouldn't recommend this insurance to nobody
