Thank you to the gentleman that helped me he was rather tall, I think his name was Jose, he was very kind and knowledgeable. I recently needed to change insurance since my last policy was getting pretty expensive. Jose took the time to explain my options and didn’t make me feel pressured to choose then and there. I’m literally just a girl and had so many questions so thank you Jose for your help. It’s so hard to find patient people who don’t make you feel like you’re bothering them- will be referring my sister.

This place is a joke! They change your prices whenever they want without explanation without warning, trying to tell me that they gave me a Covid discount and now I’m gonna have to be paying the regular amount. Excuse me Covid was five years ago smh I’ve been with this company for yeaaaars and they change the prices whenever they want. Thanks to Jose who works at Riverside office on Chicago 92507. I just cancelled my policy with them because of his nasty unprofessional attitude. He refused to tell me why my policy went up about the “ covid discount” so thank you JOSE for braking the camels back and getting a new policy elsewhere. Keep being unprofessional and unhelpful…. I was treated so terrible by this company. Especially the people at this office. I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years. They proved today they don't care about their customers. I was treated so unfairly, and so much of my time was wasted just trying to renew a policy. To the point that I decided to pay double and open a policy with statefarm. If this is how they treat their customers when they are just trying to renew a policy, imagine how they will treat you if you need to file a claim. Please save your time and money and go elsewhere.
