I don't know what others are complaining about it was easier to get insurance through them then it was any other company that I've been to and they are fairly cheap I recommend them

Stay far away from this company. Unhelpful. Confusing. Drag their feet. Departments do not communicate internally. If your car is totaled they will continue charging you on the policy unless you call and let them know that they themselves totaled the vehicle. Waits an ungodly amount of time to provide rental cars even when it’s covered on your policy. Then when they do, it doesn’t cover even the cheapest rental cars on the market. There is a different number for each thing you need. Wanna check on your claim? 800 number. Want an update on your rental? A different 800 number. Need to make a change on your policy? You HAVE to go in office. Their own employees don’t even use them.

I was recommended this insurance by a family member. Then the other day my family member with full coverage got in an accident with a deer. They didn't pick up the wreck in a timely manner causing my family member to have to foot the rest of the bill. She also suffered broken bones and the insurance is refusing to pay any medical. Also to top it off she was told she would have a rental for a week and today she was told they are only going to pay $30.00 dollars a day for the rental again leaving her with a bill. So needless to say I'm changing my insurance ASAP.

Horrible company, was in a wreck and they have yet to follow up it's been over a month and when I call they redirect me to a number where you have to leave a message and no one returns my call this company is a joke they only sell you insurance policies but when you need help or information they give you a 1-800# where no one is available or wants to do their job....would never recommend this company.

I pay for full coverage and got hit by another driver. I wasn't at fault. They give me a claim adjuster who's rude and has no tact. He doesn't answer my questions and always acts like I was bothering him when I called to check on my claim. He also sent my lien holder half of my paperwork but not the other half. They reached out to him and he didnt respond until I called to ask about it. He then played dumb with me on the phone for 15 minutes saying he didnt know what paperwork i was refering to. Before finally admitted he didn't send then the whole thing .. this was a week and half later. refused to give me a rental. I talked to my adjustors supervisor who was equally as rude. She refused to give me a different adjuster and also refused to answer my questions. When there was a problem w
