Fred Loya Insurance

This is great if you’re just looking for a piece of paper to have stating that you have insurance, I wouldn’t recommend this if you’re looking to use it in an accident or anything like that I did have coverage here for two years and my rate went from $89-$120 a month for no reason at all liability insurance with uninsured motors never had an accident so I canceled my coverage and went with farmers insurance for Better coverage

The ladies at Fred Loya are amzing! Diane Mitchell leads the team and her personality shows up in everyone I come in contact with there. They make me feel secure even in the most stressful situations like filing a claim or making important decisions like adding or taking away coverages. Very knowledgeable team on Knickerbocker Rd.

Rude office manager. Went in a dat after someone hit me and all she did was tell my I would lose a discount by making a claim so I shouldn't. They ate rude, fat lazy and don't cover any thing for there customers. So thankful I switched. Oh I had paid for two years of insurance and they still treated me like they were doing me favor by talking to me.

After several emails with their customer support team, I am unable to cancel the automatic draft. I called and asked them to cancel my policy, that it will not renew. Charges comes to my account and its a pain just to get them to cancel the money substraction for a non existant service because I never received the new policy or anything. My advice its, go away and get a policy somewhere else, from personal experience I recommend you State Farm.

This is the worst insurance company in Texas! No other insurance company has as many complaints made to the Texas Department of Insurance than this company. They are crooks, scammers, and extremely incompetent and make claims for information that is not legally required. Buyer Beware!
