i would give fred loya insurance a no star because one of their drivers was drunk and smashed my daughter's car and then left the scene and then tried telling fred loya it was stolen but then admitted she hit the car - and because she was doing that they took long that the pound sold my daughter's car then fred loya doesn't wanna pay my daughter because car is gone well yea its gone cuz yalls insured person was trying to commit fraud -- so from 1,000 they wanna give her 500$ how is this fair - we have it on camera and everything---- fred loya should be ashamed for being tight asses whats the point in ha insurance---- boooooooo fred loya

Can never get in contact with the claims department or your assigned adjuster, TERRIBLE customer service. Don't tell you when you're being recorded. Oh and apparently someone they insure can do a hit and run and not be responsible for paying for the damages if they don't give a statement LOL.

Thay are sorry as hell do not have enough time to say anything good about them
