Fred Loya Insurance

0/5 Stars. TERRIBLE INSURANCE. Car broke down & waited OVER 4 hours for a tow. Insurance is suppose to be useful when you are in an emergency situation. Agents could not even give me an estimate of when they were coming therefore leaving me stranded!!

Extremely poor service. I went in with my boyfriend to add insurance to my cars I had gotten a quote and was ready to pay when the manager interfered and then told me I had to add my boyfriend to my insurance plan, to which I had let them know he would not be driving the vehicles. They then proceeded to tell me I had no choice and had to add him. All of this coming from the manager herself. When I refused because he isn’t driving them they told me they wouldn’t give me the insurance. The manager was extremely rude and gave no other options. They had no right to tell me I had to add someone simply because he is my boyfriend. Extremely unprofessional take your business somewhere else.

Its affordable and easy to use, i have no problems with the insurance, I’ve used them since high school. They give curtesy call when your payment is a few days away and i appreciate that, but Something that has bothered me for the last couple of years is their customer service when they call me. They immediately say “Hi am i speaking to ___?” and it really bothers me. I have struggled with bringing this up to the person who calls me because i dont want to be mean, but I’m considering maybe its because the company has no customer service policy and thats why I’m leaving this review. When you work in customer service you need to introduce yourself so that the customer/client knows who they are confiding their Name to. I think its a little rude to right off the bat demand who you’re speakin

Horrible insurance beware !! When you call no one ever calls you back I’ve left for five messages. No one calls me back. I called supervisors managers. No one called me back to Fani. I said I’m gonna see an attorney then they finally get back to me.. The representatives don’t know what they’re doing. Stay away they’re horrible.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR HERE!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE...I will not go back to fred loya. My policy ended in January and my 03 lexus was rear ended in march. I did not even receive any cancellation notice. I pay 6 mo. @ a time and trusted they would notify me when it was almost up since they usually did before but NO!!! Since i was unsured they refused to help. But was quick to offer a quote on a new policy. Um no thank you. Useless when you end up needing them or trusting them. And they are only cheap if you want state minimum insurance anything more is outrageously expensive. I paid $620 for full coverage for what I thought was for 6 mo. Come to find out in march it was only for 4 months. Six months would of been $1000.
