Buying my used truck was an easy procedure. I got a good deal on a good vehicle. It is a small , local dealer with a personable owner that went out of his way to see that I was satisfied with my purchase. I would buy from them again.

I recently recently purchased two vehicles from your Warsaw location one earlier this year for my sister a small SUV, G gray and color color. She absolutely loves it. About a month ago actually August 16, 2025 I purchased. I’m Mercedes-Benz and again I absolutely love the car. I noticed the car when I purchased the vehicle for my sister earlier this year and as promised I went back and picked it up. I test drove the car twice before purchasing it. We talked extensively about the car, he has held to his word pertaining to the car, even after paying cash for both vehicles, I recommend this location to anybody my family members friends they have not let me down and have truly been honest and forthcoming with information again, I say they’re respect, loyalty and honesty to their customer and

Oh that is an unprofessional business, this was a big mistake those people at this business I got there one time with one member of my family and the time he got his car everything was okay but after he tried to get some help with some car problems, nobody in this place did the right thing. Oh my God I was so frustrated and embarrassed about why I get there providing to my family this bad situation, no help, no responsibility, no answer on the phone, we just put our time and money in the trash. That's happening to trust those kind of irresponsible business that make really bad for the people that work hard to get the money.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

I out 4600 down on a 2015 Kia optima it has only been 4-5 months since I have had the car and the engine completely shut down on me. I called to speak with the gentleman about the situation to see if it’s anything that they can do to help me the car is no good it’s completely unable to be used the engine won’t even budge….. he told me it was nothing they can do and it was my car now mind you I only owed 3500 left on the car if that. When I asked to speak with the owner of the company he said that he was the owner. Once I said I’ll just contact legal aid he says I’m calling the police. Sure call them and while you’re at you can have your car back never again will I get a car from this place !!!

The owner acts nice in person, but avoids when there are problems. I bought a used Prius from this business. After putting down a down payment, I drove 2 hours to get there. I was shocked to see that it was not yet cleaned inside. He gave me $100 credit to get it cleaned myself. Then, I pointed out that the console is no longer attached (in picture). He said that he would get a new one for me and install it but would need a week to order it. A week goes by-no call so I call him. He said he needed another week. Again, another week goes by. Once again, no customer service or update-I have to call him to find out that the color was not a match(supposedly). Wait another week... Finally, I realized this game was going to continue with him.
