This has been the worst experience ever. On the phone I'm quoted 60 per month with a 500 deductable. I get in the office and it's 108 with a 1000 deductable. Not only that the rep was beyond rude. They ran a report that told them who our closest relatives are and asked me to describe the relationship. She went out and actually took pictures of my car! She asked me what the tea was in the drink holder. She said in the picture it looked like it might be alcoholic. My driving record doesn't have anything like that. Here's a picture of the can, it clearly says tea across the top.

This company is a joke! They tell nothing but lies and take money out of your bank account whenever they feel like it. They always come up with new reasons why your rates go up or why they are taking your money. We was told they were going to draft our account for $37 on Sept. 20th and today Sept.12th they drafted our account for $124 with no explanation why. We called 3 different times on Sept 10th to make sure when our payment was due and 3 different people told us the 20th for $37. This is not the first time this has happened either. We will be contacting their corporate office to see what is really going on. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you want money unexpectedly taken out of your bank account whenever they feel like taking it. Then you end up with overdraft fee

Would NEVER use this company. One of the owners was rude and verbally abusive to me and I have the text messages to prove it. Danielle is a dishonest person and I wouldn't trust her.

Melissa BURNS!!! She is the worst! Very unprofessional. Asking the same question multiple times. I couldn’t believe this kind of people exist. is my mother in law single ? Repeatedly referring my spouse as my girlfriend. She will waste your time.

Signed up in person and was told that I can change the payment date anytime. Not true. You cannot change it at all and the payment comes out on any random day last week of the month every month.
