Someone I know recommended I take my car to Fred. He was communicative, sent me pictures, was okay with me ordering parts and shipping them to his establishment. When I went to pick up the car, he showed me the old worn parts. He is friendly and takes care of your car as though he were working on his own. Highly recommend!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Fred is an absolute nightmare to deal with. This man let me drive my car with a BROKEN AXLE. Do you know how dangerous that is? I could have been in a serious crash or even killed. He was going to charge me $250 to fix it, which I didn’t even argue about. My complaint was about the BACK WINDOWS, which he quoted me almost $600 for. Now out of nowhere, he says it’s $250 for the axle PLUS $150 for labor. Also, Fred isn’t even the mechanic! He’s just the owner/manager acting like he knows what he’s doing. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and clearly doesn’t care about customer safety. he also kept on sending me pictures of things that did not exist. as if somebody was making all these issues just to make money. Fred has been taking care of my BMW X3 since last 5 years now. Always transparent, uses genuine parts only, expert and knowledgeable, competitive labor charges, takes ownership and responsibility of work done, great communication, no surprises or hidden charges. The best that I have found in Las Vegas. Can not recommend him enough. 5*

I’ve been taking my cars to Fred for 5 or 6 years. I found him by chance. He was friendly and knowledgeable when we met. He’s always been honest, told me cost before doing the work. His prices are fair. Now I won’t take my cars anywhere else. These days, it’s hard to find honorable people who keep their word and don’t try to take advantage of you. In the past there have been several occasions when I brought my car to Fred and he told me I didn’t need any work done. Today he swapped out my worn out battery for a new one. I recommend Fred to all my friends and family.

I've been going to Fred's for the last 7-yrs, or so, for my BMWs & Porsche and cannot recommend him highly enough. He stands behind his work, his prices are good and I trust him and his employees without hesitation. Thanks.
