This is not the place you want to go to for customer service and trust. You will get your car fixed but the attitude is bad and your car may have damage to it. I took a chance on these guys and got burned. Now they will fix your car, but the price will be extremely high and they do not answer your calls when you call for update. Very sketchy ways. I was nervous about them w m when I first walk in the shop.

As a mechanic who changed careers during covid. It has been difficult to find a trustworthy shop with equipment I no longer have access to. Fredy was exceptional. Friendly and fairly priced. I tested him with a basic service, (Rotate, balance, and align). My stock rims are very easy to scratch, along with anodized lug nuts, which are also very easy to scratch. No marks of any kind after he serviced it. He know the meaning and importance of each and every alignment measurement. Which is beyond reassuring Too long, didn't read, Good shop, good dude

When deciding on an auto body repair service in the Gaithersburg area, you have many options to choose from and most are quality, honest places. This is not one of them, go somewhere else. The owner decided to charge me QUADRUPLE PRICE (4x) on a simple mirror fix. When I called the owner and politely tried to correct this oversight, I was badgered and hung up on. They do not even have a payment method or an office phone for me to try and pay the hilariously overcharged bill. Save yourself a headache and go to another shop. Fredys Auto: 1 Star

Great place to go if you need affordable repairs on any car, he worked on my bmw m3 that had issues with the intake manifold, dealer couldnt fix but fredys did a great job and now my m3 is back on the road

I've been going to Freddy auto service for about 9 years they are amazing reasonably priced and friendly and very professional I will not take my car any place else
