My experience was very nice. The guys were awesome and they went out there way to fit me in and get my car done sooner then what they told me. I was traveling through and got a flat and they kept my car and fixed it the next day. 10/10 recommend...you can tell it was a lot going on but they never once showed attitude or aggravation towards the customer.

After Hertz rented me a death trap during a winter storm, I had to go to Firestone for 2 new tires. The service manager Brandon Page was a shining light during a dark time. His professionalism and courtesy customer service made a not-so-fun time into an enjoyable afternoon. Thank you! A quick shout out goes to Jonathan for being a great wingman alongside Brandon. On March 5th 2026 I prepriced 4 new Ironman GR906 tires and with installation, disposal the price was $383.92 before tax as seen in the photos below. We went to the location on Roan st in Johnson Coty, TN they informed us they only had 2 in stock and would have the other 2 by 1pm. We agreed to come back. At about 12 they called and said there was a delay and we would need to come after 3pm we agreed and returned after 3pm. They were checking us in and then told me the price would be well over $600.00 when I questioned it and tried to show the man the information on the website he refused to look at it and said that he could not do anything about it and we would have to come back the next day to see if his manager would honor the online price. After going to several places that were open on a Sunday for tire repair (screw too near the wall for a patch), I finally found someplace that would help. Many places said they didn't have any stock in my tire size and a few wouldn't replace the tire unless I bought a full set. Finally, I found a person of reason. Granted, I need new tires but I still have about 8-10 thousand miles before it's critical. Since I only put about 900 miles a month on my tires, I'm not in a danger zone yet. This is exactly the agreement I found with Free Service on Roan in JC. I'm an adjunct professor so I make very little, I don't have a thousand dollars or more to throw around for a new set of tires.
