The employees are kind and clear about the repair work they see needs to be done. They will explain anything you may be confused about too. Prices and speed are also good. And this is really a 5 star review. It’s 4 stars for all the people that skip reading the 5 stars.

I am very impressed with Freedom Auto Repair. If I could give them 6 stars I would. I got a call from my wife while I was out of town for work telling me that our Toyota wouldn’t start. She was unable to locate our jump box. That’s when I searched for a local shop and came across Freedom Auto Repair. I called them and right away I knew I had found the right place by the way I was being talked to and the persons understanding of my situation. You see, because I was out of town it was very important to me to find a shop that I can trust and would work with me in this situation. My plan was to have the car towed to them the following day because it was now late and the tow company I have used was unavailable. Super knowledgeable and honest. They helped me create a maintenance plan to extend the life of my vehicle. He also gave me some things to the manufacturer has troubles with and how to avoid those troubles in the future. They also were super accommodating. They had a pretty packed week, but they were able to squeeze me in to a morning appointment and worked with me. Super awesome people. I am definitely a customer for life.

I felt like Jon and his team provided an honest, comprehensive assessment of work needed on my Explorer and then allowed me to choose what I wanted to address now and what I wanted to defer to a later date. They did a great job on the repairs at a fair price. I’ll definitely use Freedom Auto Repair again.

Jon and his team have repaired plenty of my cars. He is trustworthy and very responsive when you called. His prices are very, very good. You will not be sorry if you call him. ;)
