I was in a car accident the other day and Freedom auto sales towed my car from the accident I went up there the next morning to retrieve some things from my car Mr JR went above and beyond to help me just say you don’t find many people business owners with the compassion and empathy that he showed me yesterday. One of their drivers pulled out in front of me when it was raining so hard you could barely see him! My 3-month-old baby is in the car with me and I had to slam on the brakes. He had a blue pickup truck that was balancing on three, hanging off the back. I wouldn't trust this place with my pet rock.

This tow company freedom auto repoed a truck in my neighborhood. However, before repoing said truck they moved another truck out of the driveway and left it in the middle of a public Rd with no intentions of putting it back. I called Spartanburg county and they came out and figured this out. They called freedom auto and made them come back to retrieve the truck. Instant karma bc the chain broke on the flatbed as he was lifting up the truck. It also took him forever before the chain even broke. So they had to call the same truck that left the truck in the middle of the Rd to tow it back to the owners driveway. This took well over 2 hrs. I wouldn't recommend this company if it was free. You don't just leave a vehicle in the middle of the Rd especially one you shouldn't have even been touchin

This is not the place to go to don’t care how bad you need a car customer service terrible. They break things on your car when they suppose to fix it. The prices is not worth the car and payments because you will have to put more into the car plus payments. They one thing wrong with your car and have you pay for it to be fix and then get the car and it still break down on you. Because it’s something else so that’s more money. Not the place to go not even for a starter car please don’t waste your money.
