My wife and I have been coming to Freedom Automotive for years. The staff are consistently friendly, always greeting you with a smile. They are helpful, always wanting to ensure you walk away satisfied. And they are knowledgeable, able to answer any question posed to them. Recently I was purchasing a used vehicle on the other side of Houston. Naturally I wanted Freedom to inspect before the purchase. But the dealership wouldn’t allow the car to be transported. So, I called Freedom and the owner, Sunny, answered and said he would perform the PPI. This was all last minute. Another time, I was stranded due to a vehicular issue. Sunny is a professional. He's responsive, knowledgeable and transparent throughout the process. He took the time to answer my questions as I though I had never been through the pre purchase inspection process before (I hadn't!). He provided detailed photos and videos and made sure I understood the findings. Buying a vehicle remotely can be stressful, but if you want the process to be a bit more comfortable and straightforward then work with Sunny!
