The team at Freedom Automotive was amazing. We traveled to Jamestown, Ohio from Florida to visit family and on the drive up we realized that some repairs we had done in Florida were not done well. The guys at Freedom Automotive were able to work us in on December 23rd and quickly diagnosed the problem. They made corrections that had us back on the road on Christmas Eve. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We recommend them in the highest possible terms!

I was out of state and wanted some routine maintenance done on my vehicle as it was just over a hundred thousand in mileage. However during preforming the routine maintenance he noticed that radiator fluid was found underneath my spark plugs and what all that that information. Instead he called me explained the issue. My vehicle is still under warranty. He still could of done all the routine maintenance and could of never told me. However, he knew that what I wanted done was a mute point when I needed a whole new engine. In a world were being honest not taking a lady for the money and the job knowing it wouldn't be right. My go-to mechanic! I have been going to Eli for over a decade and found him to be honest and reliable. He has tackled some difficult repairs in the past and helped extend the life of a couple of my vehicles. For the quality of work and expertise he provides, I find his prices to be fair.

My car broke down yesterday and I had it towed to Freedom. It was fixed within 24hrs and they were really helpful at explaining everything wrong with my car to me. Freedom was even kind enough to fill my tires, coolant, and wiper fluid for free. Price was also much lower than expected. Will definitely return for any future car issues.

I’m very leery of shops due to being ripped off in the past but I do not regret taking my truck to Freedom Automotive. It was by far the best no BS experience I’ve ever had with an auto repair shop. The mechanics were easy to talk to and they are very knowledgeable. They took the time to go over their very thorough inspection of my truck and talk to me about the different options. The repairs I requested were done very quickly and everything was as expected. I really appreciate the fact that they didn’t try to talk me into a bunch of repairs that I didn’t need.
