Freedom Fleet Repair

Was doing a repair on my vehicle and needed a bearing pressed out of my 03' Sequoia (I did not have a bearing press). Called the shop and they told me they could do it (Thurs), so I dropped off the spindle/hub assembly to them. They proceeded to break the spindle by not removing the hub and snap ring prior to pressing the bearing out of the hub. Something they would have seen they needed to do if they would have taken 2 mins to look on youtube... after breaking my spindle that I had to replace (600$) AND now additional parts of a hub assembly and snap ring (130$). I then took my new parts to another shop. Come to find out freedom fleet did NOT give me back all of the parts that I had dropped off to them. I called them on the weekend and talked to the guy on the phone and asked specifical

Had a truck towed there for engine shutting down. For first couple of days mechanic/owner of shop was answering phone and giving some updates. After 2-3 days he didn't want to give any updates or any information. He stop answering to anybody but continue "working" on a truck. After 2 weeks the truck was still down and had to be towed to different shop but not before we pay for everything done. Three simple parts replacement and "15hrs of labor" take us to more than 3150 $ . So friendly advice to all of you truckers out there DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP.

Call to get a jump start. Was told that they will be here in 45 minutes to a hour. I called back an hour and 20 minutes trying to find out where the service man was was placed on hold then was told it will be another 15 to 20 minutes. Atoll the allegedly owner that you told me 45 minutes to an hour it is 97° outside and I’m sitting in the truck that can’t run. II didn’t see if your service tech is not here in the next 15 minutes I’m gonna have to call someone else he told me fine go ahead and call someone else I don’t need to deal with you. He refused to give me his name they were very unprofessional I’ve been driving trucks for 13 years and never dealt with someone so unprofessional

Jonathan and his team are top-notch. I don't trust anybody but them with my truck. 3 things in life are certain. Taxes, death, and your vehicle will be fixed when it leaves freedom fleet.
