Ordered a set of quarter louvres off the site. 3 weeks passed and I didn’t hear anything back. Could not reach anyone via phone, email or their website chat, I tried multiple times. It’s been over a month now and have still heard nothing. I filed a dispute through my credit card. Ridiculous

They took a picture of a broken part, called it good, and shipped it to me anyway. Then said it was my fault and the part was fine. They provided me with THEIR picture of the part. Which clearly shows the part is broken! They want to charge me shipping and restocking fee for a part they SHOULD HAVE NEVER SOLD ME. Update: In response to the owners comment: You only refunded me after I made a huge complaint and threaten to tell your CEO about the issue. I had to argue with the company for a week before you all realized I was right. It took a week because you all wanted me to pay for shipping it back and pay for the restocking fee so you could put a BROKEN part BACK on the shelf for resale!!! After using your own photo against you to prove my point and making that same statement above.... yo

Ordered rocker panels for my 14 mustang. Not only were they the EXACT color needed but they were a great price for two. Ordered on Friday night and sent out immediately opening Monday. Got the parts and they were in great condition and went on my car no problem. Will buy again if needed, highly recommend.

Placed an order waited a month with no update on shipping sent multiple emails and calls dont even bother wasting your time also they keep 20% on returns which is stupid.

Haven't received part yet but pretty upset it's day 9 and they barely shipped my small part today that was in stock that I needed for my car.. ordered from another vendor and got in 3 days so this was a waste of my money
