Freedom RV Marana Sales

I don’t usually post reviews, but my experience with Freedom RV Tucson was exceptional. We negotiated a fair deal with trade-in and they kept their promise to reimburse me for repairs by Freightliner when I got home. Kudos to the sales, service and management teams.

If I could give 0 I would. I went in to go see what they had on their lot. Right away a sales man wouldn't let us in w out him tagging along. We wanted to browse. He asked what my budget was I said idk yet till I see something I like. He didn't like that or didn't care for us bc he didn't bother to try to put starirs down so we could get up to see a motorhome. He then excused himself for 2 min BUT never came back. I have $20k to put on down payment an bc you walked off an no one to help us we left. He an Freedom RV didn't deserve my money. I'm glad I left. You missed out bud on a great down payment. Your lose

Just bought my very first RV from Freedom, and it was great. straight to the point on sales. What made the basket whole was the service center, Justin went the extra mile in helping me out from the time I rolled in to the time I rolled out. Not everyone will help you change a fuse on your pickup that you didn't know was blown. Thank you again 10/10

We can't say enough good about the place. We're just starting to look at class c motor home. Walked in and welcomed at the door told them what we were looking for got a ride around to check the selection. Looked at a few the second used c class we looked at was the one. The shape it was in and the price was right what we wanted. Everybody we talked to were very nice respectful treated me and my wife very nice. Picked it up at service and got a great run down on all of the components as this is our first rv. Jumped in and drove it 100 miles home it drove great.

We recently purchased our new (previously owned) coach from Christian and Freedom RV. He has been extremely responsive through the entire process. We live out of state, yet Freedom RV still made the entire process easy for us to do our trade-in, financing and purchase. Every employee that I have had the opportunity to speak with has been friendly, helpful and quick with getting back to me. While we hope to have this motorhome for years to come, I would not hesitate using Freedom RV again, in the future. (I wish they were closer so we could use them for service, too!!)
