Freedom Towing was Great! They arrived to my incident quickly. They were very courteous and professional. I definitely recommend them, especially if you need them in the Lexington area.

Freedom Towing was scheduled through my car insurance to help transport my car when I lost my transmission on the way to work. Casey called me directly to inform me he was only 13 minutes away and showed up promptly and loaded up my vehicle with care. I appreciate his professionalism and kindness in a tough situation. I would highly recommend Freedom Towing for future service needs.

I was staying at an Air BNB and it rained and my Uhaul truck got stuck. I looked for tows and found Freedom Towing. They showed up within 45 minutes and pulled it out for me. I got stuck again leaving out of the driveway and called back and the driver came right back and helped me out again. I appreciated the prompt response and will call them again with no hesitation. There are still some good people left in the world.

My son was in an accident as we left our family vacation in Myrtle Beach heading back to Georgia... Since we had to spend several hours at the hospital, we weren't able to retrieve his belongings from the car until the next morning... When we arrived, his wallet, with all of his money, a couple hundred dollars was still there... Along with his PS5 gaming system and other expensive items... If this were Atlanta, he never would've seen that stuff again... I wish I could remember the man's name that assisted us at the tow yard... He was truly wonderful, very helpful, and professional... Since we were coming from vacation, my car had a bunch of stuff in it, as well as my son's but, he helped us fit everything from my son's car into mine... I would definitely recommend them...

Freedom towing was sent to my home by my insurance company for road side assistance. I was at work and my wife and kids greeted the driver in the driveway. He was great with my kids, allowing them to help him which they got a kick out of, and he was great with my truck. He worked quickly to get it safely loaded, and took it to Lugoff dodge for me as that is my trusted service department even though it’s not as close to home as some others. He did a great job, and we really appreciate the great experience. Thank you for taking good care of us and my truck, we will definitely recommend this company to friends and family going forward.
