Freedom Towing & Recovery

I'm a seasoned automotive mechanic and have a large toolbox. I have never dealt with this company for this kind of move before. John was the tow truck operator and was professional throughout the ordeal. During the process of getting the toolbox on the flat bed there were some hiccups and snags. John kept his cool and ultimately made the experience work overall. Slight bit of damage at two areas of the box, one on each cabinet. I also have had companies quote me and then change the price after, they did not. I still tipped John because I know these moves are tough and it wasn't raining but the tow bed was wet which makes for more fun, "sarcasm." I hopefully don't need to, but would request this company again and would ask for John if he wanted another go around. Hopefully I stay at this

Freedom towing is the best. In an industry full of thieves, these guys will give you an honest deal. My driver Kenny was very knowledgeable and patient. Emily helped me on the phone which was very helpful as i am not tech savvy. When I called back to get my receipt and ask some questions dan was also very helpful Would highly recommend if you ever need a tow.

We contacted Freedom Towing to pull one of our trucks and a trailer out of the snow. On arrival they realized it was going to be a bigger job than originally planned. They brought in a back-up truck and pulled our driver and his trailer out WITHOUT any damage. They arrived in a timely manner and communicated everything from arrival to completion and in between. Had a great experience at Freedom Towing! Bruce and the crew handled the repair work right there at their shop. Everything was done professionally and efficiently, and my car is running perfectly now. Really impressed with how smooth and hassle free the whole process was. Definitely a place I’d call again for towing or any mechanical issues.

I disnt use the company, and the following shouldn't be a reflection on the company as a whole, just this specific driver. I was just behind one of their flatbeds on new hampshire ave in lakewood. The guy almost caused a 4 car accident. I don't know, maybe their trucks don't have GPS, or the driver didn't plan ahead and realize where he was going, four, maybe hes just a horrible driver. I would suggest someone from the company follow their drivers on a random day just to observe how they actually drive. Sure fleet tracking and dashcams work, but they don't show everything. And even though i'm completely aware that not every employee of a company represents the company as a whole, we all know that one bad experience is all it takes to loose or never get a customer.
