I am not the customer first and foremost. This shop has been a lifesaver for my elderly mother. She is always given kindness, respect and understanding here. The techs go above and beyond every time she has her vehicle worked on. No expensive rabbit holes of vehicle maintenance here. As a son I am grateful for the caring and integrity of this shop and it's amazing employees! Thank you.

Super service, had transmission flushed, was in and out, and tranny is more responsive. The owner and office lady have a great sense of humor, very professional and fair prices. I had the opportunity to listen in on other customers conversations and they we're all treated with courtesy and respect. Definitely a place for you and you're vehicle. They work on everything besides muffler issues and German vehicles. Will definitely come back.

As far as I knew my clutch was out and it wasn't going to be cheap? Im living check to check like every one else. Thankfully these people are honest! Turned out it was only the pedal bushings that needed replaced and after looking it over for me and doing a couple of other things I was on my way for under $300! This means a lot to me! Thank You!

I needed a clutch package, calling them 9:30 am the first customer service took my Vic vin to ensure correct parts where ordered+. Will call back in 2-4 hrs+. I had to call back 6 hrs later check in-, they where looking for a fly wheel i did not ask for-. Got to their shop @7 hrs about the parts. 2-3 days+. $2000 install-. Had them order Napa parts to there shop, i pick up at there shop+. 2 days they call me parts are in+. Napa clutch kit 316.99@ napa/ at shop 536.01-. clutch slave cylinder with throw out at Napa 79.99/ at shop 136.78-. had a fly wheel already to up sell me, " because he would not put a garentee on install with out it because it could have scorching". My thoughts are did it change the molecular structure of the metals that had never met surfaces ever? No! And im installing

The owners are Amazing. Chuck is Brilliant. Absolutely an amazing master mind when it comes to transmission. I had the privilege of being at his shop while he was rebuilding a few transmissions. The knowledge this man has in outstanding. I will drive from Arizona back to his shop to have him do my new trucks transmission. Worth every mile and penny spent.
