Matt from Freeman’s was SO helpful when we were stranded on the highway with a young kiddo and dog. He changed our tire with our temporary spare, helped us determine what tire size to ask for, and gave us a recommendation on where to get a full replacement. Thank you Matt! You made the experience much less stressful and helped us out of a challenging situation. Highly recommend this company!

Unfortunately our car was roadside twice in a month. Both times we used AAA, and both times we were assigned this company to tow us. Mike towed us and he was phenomenal to say the least! He was prompt, informative, and professional. So thankful that this stressful situation was made a little easier with Mike's help.

They took a picture of my debit card and driver’s license (non-compliant with PCI standards) and when I asked why he was taking pictures “M” said, “I can take a picture of whatever I want”. When I continued asking him why he was taking pictures of my credit card he laughed at me. I then asked him if he would be deleting the picture and he said “when I feel like it!” After continued insistence for him to delete the picture he did, but only from his camera roll, not his deleted folder. When I insisted he delete the picture from his deleted folder he told me, “get out of my face!” and attempted to walk away. I continued to insist on him deleting this picture and he finally did. The profanity expressed today, at my business, was beyond acceptable at any level. You were kindly asked to move the vehicle forward, to allow our customers the ability to get into our parking lot. Again, our parking lot. Your extreme profanity was heard by children and families in our building. I would not recommend your company to no one. You provoked the man with your fowl language, who kindly asked you multiple times to move forward. Whether your job requires you to tow a vehicle, when your on someone's property, you are a guest regardless. 😉 To see you post

I had gotten into an accident in the middle of an intersection and thankfully, one of their two truck drivers was right there. He had gotten out, made sure the other person and I were okay, and began directing traffic around us. After the fact, I needed to get my totaled car released from their lot, and they made it quick and easy. Despite it being a car accident, I could not have asked for a better experience from Freeman’s Auto!
