Freeway Car Wash

I recently visited this car wash and had a disappointing experience. I paid $33 for a wash, but the service left me quite unsatisfied. When I inquired about service for the the price I paid, one of the staff members informed me that they don’t provide interior cleaning services, including wiping or vacuuming with details(really?). After expressing my dissatisfaction, the staff member cleaned the tires, but they still left some spots dirty. This is my second visit to this car wash since I live in Massachusetts. I went there today because I still work in Pawtucket and needed to wash my car. I hope they can improve their services in the future.

I go here to get my car done. I drive for ride platforms, so it it has to be clean. I get the monthly pay plan, so I can go everyday. The thing that bothers me, is I go there to get my car clean, but there6dirt from the bottom of the wirkers' boots all over my back seat from thier cleaning! The receptionists are always nice and kind. There's another car wash from the same company down the road. I have to vacume my own interior, but it doesn't look worse in the back than before I went in.

They do a good job with details as well. I usually get the interior cleaned. I mainly go there for a car wash, and they’re pretty quick and efficient, providing good detailing services.

I was so excited to go to this car wash. My car went in without a problem and then it came out with the glass from the left drivers side off. The manager said that the glue was loose and that’s what caused the glass to come out. I disagreed, I just finished driving on the highway without a problem. I’m a bit disappointed. The gave me a refund at least and now I have to go get it fixed.

This car wash is great!! I've been going here for over 10 yrs & I'm always happy with the way my car comes out!! I've done the quick car washes & also the mini detail which takes about 30 mins for them to do & it's definitely worth it! The workers are always polite & cheerful & always explain what each car wash includes. I'm ALWAYS happy with the results!! 😁
