I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your dealership. The experience has been highly unprofessional. My truck has been sitting at the dealership for five days for what began as a DEF leak in the DEF doser. I called approximately 15 times on Saturday just to get an update, but had no success. The diagnostic process has been confusing and concerning: 1. It was initially determined to be a DEF leak in the DEF doser. 2. I was then told that two NOX sensors needed to be replaced. 3. Following this, I was informed that the entire ONE box needed to be replaced because white smoke was reportedly coming from the DEF doser area. This crucial information was not shared before the NOX sensors were replaced. It appears efforts are being made to ar

Don't take your Air Conditioning warranty work (or any AC work here) . Sat for 4 days to get on the floor for AC unit blowing hot air intermittently not keeping up.... After 4 days they said all is fixed ready to go. Couldn't find any problems. All readings and harnesses fine . Got a nice fancy video too....Changed cabin air filter (flow was never the problem) check ride guy (he don't know or care he don't have to live in it) signed off as all good. I (32 year OTR with almost all Freightliners) took it for check ride said this ain't gonna fly. They took it back in tested it again found weak compressor and replaced it (why wasn't weak compressor spotted on the first round) AC worked fine for two weeks then gradually dying again. 100° in Oklahoma cycles intermittently hot and cold air.

I wish there was a half star option . Do not come here for parts if you are in a hurry , techs love to carry a conversation and don’t seem to mind keeping you waiting. There should never be more than 10 people in line with 3 parts guys available.

We spent more than $11000 on this unit you Freightliner only charged us $7800 for the same issues and we still have the same problem. We twoed it 4 times already and we got stuck again right now in Colorado Springs. I don't know how you guys hired very cheap and unprofessional mechanics with double or triple Labor fee. You charged me $1350 just for diagnostics with no any results so how. You charged me when I have the same ok issues again and again. Shame on you all. They charged me these all money for the same codes and I still have the same problem

DO NOT USE this facility. I took my truck in with all dash warning lights and explained to the check in technician that the truck says it is sensor ABS E and also coolant sensor. They took truck and gave me an estimate later to replace both sensors. I accepted the estimate and they charged me $1000 to repair. Then called and said it did not fix the issue and tried to charge me $700 more to diagnose the issue. I left angry and took it to a Loves. The technician at Loves took 30 seconds to find the issue and 5 minutes to fix it. I’m out $1000 for 2 sensors that were not even the issue. It was a broken wire. Cost $75 to fix at loves
