They consistently go above and beyond to help us track down difficult or hard-to-find parts, and they genuinely care about getting our customers back on the road. In our line of work, downtime matters, and having parts guys who actually answer the phone, dig deep, and work with urgency makes all the difference. Very happy with my experience with the Northwest Freightliner team. Robert and Crystal in service were very diligent and awesome at communicating throughout the process. Also took the time to check in after I picked up the truck to make sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend this team for your service needs!

This place is an absolute joke and the service is trash. Crystal and Erica should have more respect for their customers and local Idahoans. This is the second bad experience with these fake Freightliner shops and I DO NOT RECOMMEND taking your trucks here. Our second truck was there about 30 days for a regular service and to get our leaking hydraulic mirrors fixed. We bought them all new parts and paid to have them put on. They claimed it was finished… When we got the truck back, not only was it STILL leaking but they somehow messed up our wiring in our dashboard and claim it wasn’t them. We had to bring back the truck again. They refused service and to fix something that wasn’t even wrong when we brought our truck in initially, when I asked about the warranty on their work the phone “di

I have taken my Newmar motorhome to Freightliner Northwest in Nampa ID for two years now and have always had superb service both warranty and general maintenance . The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and Crystal and Erika at the service desk are rock stars. They preform a season end full service, chassis, Cummins engine, Onan Gen set and Allison transmission the service is great and the price is very reasonable for the amount of work they do. I will continue to use Freightliner Northwest for service and maintenance. I highly recommend them.

I came to this Freightliner for the left drive tire wheel seal leaking.I got here at 6:45am on 8/7. I was told it was first come first serve, so I got here early because they open at 7. Started working on the truck by 10am. I was told it would be a 3 hour job. No problem! 2 pm I asked was the truck ready the lady at the desk told me that someone had to look over the job the mechanic did because it’s covered under warranty. She said it would take 12 minutes! 3 pm I asked what was the hold up? The lady tells me they screwed up! The damn mechanic worked on the left steer wheel seal ( THAT WAS NOT LEAKING!) instead of the driver tire wheel seal. Are you kidding me! She said that they are fixing the problem and apologized. She said it will take 3 hours to fix. That was at 3pm. I will even say 3
