The diagnostic process took far longer than expected (3 days for a check engine light) with very little communication. Updates provided were vague and did not offer any actionable information or timeline. As an owner-operator, downtime directly affects income, and clearer expectations should be standard. The staff acknowledged issues only after extended delays, and I had to follow up repeatedly for basic information. This experience could be improved significantly with better communication and respect for customers’ time. I ended up picking up my truck and taking it to another shop for needed repairs.

Got an appointment a week ahead prior to bringing my truck in for simple fix of casket truck sit in the lot for a week no one touched it no one worked on it when I came to pick up my truck from the shop they had done the seal yet which had 3 bolts holding it easy thing to fix it I came in had an argument then they took the truck in to fix the seal it's official dealer and service is horrible.

If the job takes a few hours, they'll do it for weeks.The staff is wasting time and earning hours for themselves while doing nothing. The manager knows this and does the same.

Very disappointed with the service and diagnostics. I brought my truck in due to a coolant loss issue. I clearly told them what was happening, and they claimed to have pressure-tested the EGR and said the problem wasn’t coming from there. Instead, they told me more teardown was needed, including dropping the oil pan to inspect the engine, and that I might be looking at a full engine overhaul. I decided not to go ahead with their suggested work and picked up my truck. Despite no actual repairs being done, I was charged nearly $1,200 just for their estimate and diagnostics. I took the truck to another dealership right after — and it was the EGR after all. A correct and much simpler fix.
