Freightliner Of Broward

Never say never. I had gone to Freightliner of Broward 8 years ago and swore I would never come back. Back than I dealt with Joe and Tracy, 2 of the worst customer service people to ever exist. Luckily I was able to get by without having to return. Fast forward to now. I had a DEF head issue that fortunately was covered under warranty. I was not happy about having to return to Freightliner of Broward, but I had no choice. After speaking with Karl on the phone I felt a little better but I was still skeptical. When I showed up to the dealer I felt much better. Karl did what he promised to do. He got my RV in the shop within the hour, and had it completed before days end, keeping in constant communication with me. Karl definitely changed my mind of Freightliner of Broward.

Chris was a great help. My truck needed to be repaired and he was able to help get me squared away same day! Great crew of people for service to parts dept

Called and talk with Bill on a Tuesday evening about getting my truck into the shop and was told come first thing in the morning. I showed up Bill checked me in and Anthony was prompt on getting started. They diagnosed the problem with my tractor and had it up and going the same day. I appreciate the honesty and quick turnaround time.

Truck was brought in to the dealership due to losing coolant, after diagnostic was complete I was inform the truck was covered under warranty and there was a crack head gasket. Truck stayed at the dealer for one Whole month to get head gasket and piston replace due to coolant leaking back in to the engine. Receive the truck back after one month of being at the dealership not even 2 weeks out on the road i have to bring the truck back due to losing coolant internally again.

Edwin, the Parts Manager , was really attentive to our needs and he went beyond our expectations. He really made the difference. Great job Edwin!
