This dealership is an absolute joke. Calling them “the worst I’ve ever dealt with” doesn’t even come close. They took a simple 10-minute coolant temperature sensor pigtail job and dragged it out for four hours, then tried to hit me with a $392 bill. That’s not bad service — that’s straight-up robbery. After I complained, they cut the $392 in half, which tells you they knew they were overcharging in the first place. And they still charged me. On top of that, they added a $475.02 diagnostic fee for a “minimum 2 hours,” even though the diagnostic took 30 minutes. Every dealership across the country charges 1 hour minimum for diagnostics, not 2 hours. I have no idea how they justify billing double the standard rate for something they barely touched. I 100% recommend Transteck, Inc for excellent, timely repair and service! My coolant line on Freightliner Cascadia Dd15 needed to be replaced. I called and Thomas looked the part up, went and got it and held it. Upon speaking with him I inquired about service. He transferred me to Kyle, who told me to go ahead and bring the truck in and they would go ahead and put the line on for me right away. When I got there Willette greeted me and my pup with kindness that put my stressful day at ease. These guys are prompt, professional, and very kind and helpful to the driver. Air Bag problem on cab, they got me in same day, overnight parts and out by next evening, Kyle, Tanya and shop guys did a great job! Thanks guys!

I had an RV on a Freightliner chassis and took it here for service and repairs for the past 5 years. Just about every time that I called, Kyle answered the phone and told me to bring it in whenever I want. I never had to make an appointment or anything else, and the work was always done fast! If I ever buy another Freightliner I would not hesitate to take it here for any kind of service or maintenance.

I’m very disappointed I brought my truck in for a air pressure leak and it’s still leaking. And a Def system issue and still having problems. They make up other issues that I supposed to have had but to my knowledge I had none. Just got it back yesterday! I would never bring my truck back there.
