Freightliner Trucks

I go in because I have a check engine light on service gets me in around 2 o'clock, I get that waiting 3 hrs to get the truck in can be standard at a busy shop, at 530pm I go ask for an update since it looks like everyone is leaving and I'm told I need a def pump and a computer update ,and am I getting a hotel , but ell when did the tech leave ? Sorry we forgot to tell you.ok I'll take the truck and bring it back in the morning what's the cost for today @200 /hr labor 600 plus 86 in supply fee ( what supplies were used to do a diag?) I pay it no problem. I buy the def pump from them @ 731$ and put it on bring it back when they open 7am all they have to do is update the computer and run a regen, 9:55 am Ai ask for a update they tell me the sam thing ,I decide to walk back and see ,truck is

Had to stop here to get a windshield replaced. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. They got the replacement done swiftly and I have absolutely no complaints. Drivers, if you're in the Abilene area and you need work done, get to these guys right away

This Freightliner is probably one of the best Freightliner Dealerships EVER 👍👍 They fixed my AC on Saturday 04/12/25, I was here at 8am and I’m out at 11:25am… I came at a good time but sometimes they are short staffed and really busy on Saturday also, God and these WONDERFUL Freightliner guys blessed me ! They are super friendly, professional and extremely hard working. I’m an owner operator and it is getting really hot and humid here in Texas. GOD BLESS THESE GUYS HERE 🙏

No complaints they fixed in 24hrs what my company couldn't fix in 16 months. Plus they took care of my hydraulic hose. It's been over 2 weeks truck has ran like new. Also free ice cream.
