We scheduled to have a simple recall done on our 2021 medium duty service truck when the check engine light came on when we pulled into the service department. We worked with Zamir in the service dept to now add a diagnosis, they were really busy but he got right on it. Come to find out that we ran over something that caused $5300 worth of damage. Losing this truck costs us double that amount so Zamir went to work sourcing the parts sending drivers to pick up the repair parts. I had my truck back the next day and back to work. We bought our truck from Fremont Chevrolet, we service this truck there driving from Santa Cruz. This is a great dealer and Zamir is a great service advisor with a great diesel mechanic that worked hard to get me back to work. THANK YOU!!

After I received a recalling mail for the transmission issue, I brought my car to Fremont Chevrolet Service to resolve the issue. They also addressed the A/C pressure under warranty. However, shortly after the warranty repair , my car has more issues, such as the A/C began running very loudly - sometimes the car radio screen shows stripes, which looks like a loose connection problem during the repair. Later, I encountered a more serious issue while driving on the freeway at speeds over 60 mph. Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated with Fremont Chevrolet Service Center I brought my car in for repairs back in May, and the service agent assured me it would be ready within 1-2 months, depending on parts arrival and bodywork. Well, it’s now been over 4 months, and I still don’t have my car back. For the first 3 months, there was no update.
