My husband was there, two years back. They requested I bring his wheel chair from home, brand new. They destroyed in days. Ripping the back, when he was discharged they ordered a new one, I was told they would pay for it. They didn't we were sent a bill. His belongings were stolen, even with multiple notes on his closet requesting clothes be left for me to take home to wash. Clothes, snacks, medallion, stolen. Meals were disgusting, empathy was lacking. If I could give less than one I'd give it.

This place is not fit for humans. They don't deserve a star, but I can't proceed unless I give one. The facility should be closed. The staff is super lazy and incompetent. My mother's personal belongings came up missing. The facility smells terrible all the time and is not clean. If you love your family don't send them here.

Thank you to all nurses, CNAs and staffs for taking care of my mom Mabel nearly 5 years. Mom can’t live that amount of time without your care after she got stroke in 2000. Mom peaceful passed on October 11th, Our family much appreciated especially Arnold, Juliet, Shirley, Kelly and Evelyn for extra support and concerns about my mom health during this period, particularly my mom required constant medical supervision and assistance with daily activities. We learned that your effort is valuable and essential for many individuals in the latter stages of their lives.

We had temporarily has my grandma stay there for 12 days to get her rehab therapy and care short term (anticipated 2 weeks). She ended up catching COVID there (all the nurses were coughing), SEPSIS of her urinary tract (my grandma would call us saying they won’t take her to the bathroom or change her diaper), and MRSA (in the nose). We tried to get her home but we were having trouble getting the home oxygen tank prescribed and she was isolated due to covid (although there was another lady in the same room with her during covid). They also did not makes sure that my grandma had her oxygen in her nose! She ended up getting sent back to the hospital on a Thursday and she passed away on Saturday. Cause of death was covid, sepsis, and pneumonia. Please do not send your loved ones to this fac

Horrible care even worse facility. Roaches in rooms. Care is atrocious my mother was left in a broken bed after hip surgery for 24 hours I called 6 times to no avail. Had to call 911 to get a ambulance to pick her up and take to the hospital.Currently speaking with a attorney. Don’t send your loved ones here. If they had negative stars that’s where I would rate this place.
