They came quickly on a busy holiday weekend and helped find the parts needed and fixed my truck so I could haul my horse home. I was in desperate need with help getting a battery replaced. Called Fresno Mobile and asked for help. After hearing my desperation, they graciously accommodated my schedule. Both technicians that showed up were very professional and helpful. Two new batteries were installed within minutes and I was able to meet my commitments. My 1970 Pontiac was not starting and the vehicle was converted to fuel injection and Fernando Sr and Jr were able to come the following day to diagnose what was wrong with the vehicle. Within five minutes, Sr was able to diagnose what was most likely wrong with the vehicle and he was 100% correct. The vehicle was fixed and started right up in a couple hours after going and getting a part from the local automotive store. The amount charged was more than fair and I felt like I was taken seriously and valued as a customer, which is really not the norm today. Lastly, I just want to comment on the knowledge that was on display between two generations of car, enthusiasts and mechanics. There is no question that both Jr and Sr take pride and what they do and are willing to share knowledge.

Words can not describe the service that was provided. A job that several “mechanics” couldn’t figure out, these gentlemen figured it out in 30 mins. They went above and beyond to ensure the vehicle was ready for a funeral to give my uncles ashes his last ride in his favorite classic. I had an excellent experience with Fresno Mobile Auto & Tire! My 2013 ILX suddenly wouldn’t start on the side of the road, and they came out quickly to check it. Turned out the starter was damaged. They not only diagnosed the issue fast, but also helped me get the part quickly and had it repaired in no time. Super friendly, very professional, and extremely detail-oriented.
