I recently visited Friendly Automotive in Tucson and had an excellent experience! From the moment I arrived, the team truly lived up to their name—friendly, professional, and welcoming. I had the chance to speak with the staff about a potential partnership opportunity, and they were very open and attentive throughout our conversation. It’s always refreshing to work with people who genuinely care about building relationships and providing outstanding service. The shop itself is clean, organized, and clearly run by people who take pride in their work. I highly recommend Friendly Automotive to anyone looking for honest, reliable auto care and a team that treats you like family.

I would highly recommend this repair shop. We called and they got us in that afternoon just before closing and had our truck back the next day. They were not only quick and efficient they saved us a ton of money compared to the quote we received from the local GM dealership for the steering repairs. Chris and Jenn went above and beyond helping us as we were traveling from out of state. Nothing but great service. Thanks to them all.

Many thanks to Chris. This is a slightly delayed review. My daughter was headed back to college in Tucson from Scottsdale when an engine light came on saying there was low coolant. We just had the car in for an oil change a few days before. In a panic, I found this place on her route, called this shop and spoke with Chris. He said that they’re usually scheduling a couple days out but she could stop and see him. When she got there, he checked everything, added coolant, educated her, and was all-around amazing!!! I can’t say enough about this shop and Chris. Thank you!! You are now our Tucson area repair shop!!

Had a great oil change experience at Friendly Automotive! Very nice service advisors both when I booked the appointment, and in person the day of appointment, got me in at the scheduled time, and did a good check to make sure my vehicle was safe. Thank you!

Return from out a couple weeks to say I have enjoyed all my years of excellent “Friendly” service - early on Chris was very helpful and informative, Catherine is most valued and pleasant on checking in along with past appreciated services from Ashley with lastly being wonderfully taken care of by Colton who nicely informed me of five parts to be aware of!
