Friendly Chevrolet Service Center

Took my truck in for service and a wash. Got it back with a noticeable scratch. To make things worse I was promised a follow up and have yet to receive that follow up. The service took almost four hours so without the follow up my thought is they noticed the scratch and were working to cover it up somehow. That’s the thought I am left with since I have yet to receive the promised follow up. I have reached out directly and been told I would get a call. As you can see it’s a week later and I’m still waiting.

Each staff member was very attentive and courteous. From the young man who helped get me checked in. To the gentleman who checked me in and offered car wash. I gave him a compliment about his cologne. The Service manager checked in on myself and other customers. The awesome front desk ladies were again, very courteous. Very professional toned environment. Good time spent.

Amazing service from Cesar and his team. He genuinely cared more about what I wanted rather than just “selling” me a product. He was very personable and gave my dad and I a great experience. Almost had my dad sold on the new corvette! Lol everyone in the building was extremely friendly and I couldn’t recommend their service enough. My dad also enjoyed the cafe inside. New 2025 Trax for me!

We had problems with our 2007 Chevy truck for a while. We knew it was the catalytic converter, and because of that all kind of codes would show up. We knew it was going to be expensive, we researched it for months. After going to different shops and spending a lot, we decided to go to Friendly. Best decision ever! Hoot, Melissa and Luke are the dream team. Nae was helpful recommending Hoot, and it went smooth from there. It took them about a week or so, but I couldn't be happier. All the lights are gone, running like new. Yes, it was a little pricey, but mostly because genuine catalytic converters are expensive. And 3 years unlimited mileage warranty, can't beat that. I will be a client for years to come!

This is my first time coming to Friendly Chevrolet, the team was awesome, friendly, and communicated with me every step of the way! I’m so glad I left Clay Cooley to come here! And they have a nice waiting area as well!
