Frigi King of Simi

Brought in my 1992 F250 for an AC recharge on my new system. The older gentleman is very polite and took good care of me over the phone and in person. The other gentleman who worked on my truck was fast, efficient, and even took the time to explain to me concepts and provide recommendations going forward. I highly recommend this shop. Truthful, honest, and to the point.

I don't live nearby but he helped me out by giving me a bit of info on the AC unit I have without expectation of making a sale

I had taken my vehicle to a few places before Frigi King and was not satisfied by the cost or customer service I received. They were nice but Mike at Frigi King was pleasant and thorough with his information with out me having to second guess anything. I thought I was going to have to leave it for a full day to get results, like the other shops had told me, but no. He and his crew were able to diagnose and fix it while I waited. I understand not all fixes will be this quick, but if I have problems again with my air contioning, Frigi King of Simi will be the place I go to experience the exceptional customer service like I did today...
