Fritztown Off-Road

I went in to order and have installed a 4" BDS lift kit for my 2025 Silverado Trail Boss. The service was excelent and the staff very freindly. I felt like family. I was informed about updates and kept informed about the process. These guys are great to deal with and they're a certified service center too, so I'll be taking my vehicles in for maintenence as well as parts and service. Could not be more happy.

As much as I wish I could give them high marks I can’t. Took my truck in for rear air-bag, ugh! The price was more than right $400 less than local competitors. Took the truck back twice for poor install. 1st, no flat washers on the shoulder nut holding to the frame. Should never have lest the shop. The nut slipped into the frame, took back, apologies accepted. Was looking at the install a few days later, and the U-bolt holding the bracket on one side was loose. Back it goes. Now with that said I was ok until the owner made a comment about something to do with powder coat. That comment alone is the only reason I’m posting this. It wasn’t powder coat, it simply wasn’t tightened. I also think I’ll stick with Firestone bags, did Air Lift at there recommendation. IMO, not the same quality, but

I was never told of that note of you guys saying their would be a replacement everything i was told was their was nothing you guys could do and their was nothing the warranty would fix only 1 month of that part being used and your technicians said nothing could be done that's when I decided to buy a Mopar part from different site with keys that has worked great and it is a Mopart part with 3 years warranty soo I appreciate everything you guys did but I would never go back even if I myself have to swap out the whole motor myself and I can just time is allways a problem thank you

My son’s car broke down just outside Kerrville coming home to San Antonio from Lubbock (Texas Tech) on a Saturday. I called a friend that lives in Kerrville and he referred me to Fritztown. Tommy called me first thing on Monday to ask what happened. To make a long story short they did a great job fixing my son’s car at a reasonable price. Tommy communicated with me every step of the way. We were in a tough situation not living in Kerrville and Tommy jumped in and helped. Thank you Tommy and Fritztown!!
