Not too happy with these folks my wife dropped off her Cadillac for the first time to get the oil changed. She was immediately scolded for parking in the wrong parking lot being a first-time customer not knowing seems a little weird huh, they changed the oil put air in the tires ,47 pounds of air pressure in the tires. That is way too high surprise she didn’t have a blow out a tire just hitting the bump. Will we use these people again ? probably not. Was not happy with the customer service nor the over pressurized tires.

I Delt with Chad he was very professional,switch out a engine for me did it in a timely manner ,I would definitely recommend Frogs to family and friends, Thanks for getting me back on the road.Great job!!!
