Very impressed with speed, communication, customer service and price!

I called them and they told me it takes about 15 minutes to get a free quote. I work during the hours they are open so I called them and asked them if I could drop my vehicle off to them the night prior, allowing them to quote it when the time fit their schedule. At the end of the first day they called and said they couldn't get to it. At the end of the 2nd day when they still hadn't bothered to take 15 minutes to quote it, after I had left my vehicle with them for 2 days was enough to tell me they didn't want my business. Frohriep's body shop used to be THE PLACE to take your stuff for fair, reasonable prices and great customer service. That is no longer the case, sadly.

There was a discrepancy between what I ask to have done and what actually got done and Mike called the police on me after he started screaming and acting like a lunatic while threatening me. I did not raise my voice, swear or give him any attitude I was simply stating the facts on what I was displeased with and could easily prove with a simple walk out to the truck with me that he refused. He refused because he knew that the job wasn’t done correctly and that I was right. He had no right to throw a massive childish tantrum we could of easily went our separate ways or he could of fixed it correctly. My 2012 Silverado 2500 had a ding/scrape down the side from a minor accident. They made it like it never even happened. Great communication and service. Would use again if needed and recommend to anyone else!
