⚠️Paid for Labor, Ended Up With More Problems..Be Cautious⚠️ I’ve been a loyal customer at this shop for minor enhancements, so I never expected my car to be mishandled. I recently brought in my 2012 Honda Civic Si for a clutch replacement, bringing my own parts: the clutch, flywheel, OEM Honda transmission fluid, and rear main seal. I was paying $800 for labor. Before bringing it in, my shift cables had come out of place, which caused my shifter to be stuck in 3rd gear. My car then sat on their lift for 5 days while waiting for replacement cables. I had requested next-day shipping via UPS from the manufacturer (K-Tuned), but they shipped via USPS instead, which caused a delay. The shop found a dealer part without my approval.
