I recently took my car here to be serviced due to it cranking but not starting and also drastically stopping in speed while driving and was highly disappointed with my services! I took my car on Wednesday October 9th for a diagnosis and expressed the issues I have been experiencing. Unfortunately I missed their call for an update that same day. So, I called the next day October 10th and was told they found the issue and tried to contact me but couldn’t get in touch with me. I apologized for the late response and asked would they still be able to work on me next. The receptionist ensured me they could work on it and she will get my car in line. I called everyday for a WEEK for updates because I missed their phone call the first time and wanted to ensure I wasn’t missing anymore calls. After

I took my vehicle to full circle automotive for a valve cover gasket and coolant hose replacement and when I received my car back my driver car door inside panel was torn up. My driver door no longer opens or closes properly once close the driver panel completely dislodges it makes impossible to open the door. I brought this to the owner's attention when I picked up the car. The door panel no longer stays in place. It was very disheartening to receive my vehicle back in a condition other than when it was left. I came to Full Circle Automotive on 3 occasions prior to leaving my vehicle.
