Absolutely amazing and honest service. They were able to get our vehicle in immediately to service a serious engine issue and got it resolved the same day before we were going to leave for a family vacation. They absolutely saved the day. WE WILL BE BACK!

This is one of the best auto shops in the United States. I can say that because I live out of my van with my wife, and have taken that sorry pile of junk to over 10 mechanics in multiple different states and none of them even come CLOSE to the honesty, customer service, and price offered by full spectrum. It’s gotten to the point where if I encounter a problem, I take it to get diagnosed and then immediately call full spectrum before I take any action, and I would drive 10 hours to get it serviced there

I was referred by a friend who spoke very highly of this shops honesty and affordable prices, which we found to be extremely true! The owner could have charged us hundreds to a thousand dollars for the issue we thought we had and instead he spent hours doing diagnostics on my car to find out the issue wasn’t what we thought. He could have put the part in anyways and charge us, but he chose to be honest about the situation and for that we appreciate it! Will be returning for future work :)

Unfortunately, my brother's 1984 Dodge W250 blew a coolant hose on the road today. As I was inspecting the damage, a lady pulled up and gave my Kevin's phone number stating that he was "the best mechanic in town". I gave him a call and he answered promptly—on Sunday! Within 10 minutes he was on-site and hooking up to our truck. He towed us to his shop and had us back on the road in no time. I won't mention how low the bill was because you wouldn't believe me. He even gave me a few tips on carborated engines since I am not very experienced working on them. To reiterate, he responded to our call, towed our truck, fixed our truck and had us back on the road in less time than most tow trucks would take to even show up. Can't complain about that!
