I had a wreck and the state police called this outfit. The car was upside down on the upper side of a bank. Not even 24 hours later I was told the bill was $921 and before given the price we were told we couldn’t afford it. I was told I was not allowed to get my personal effects off of my vehicle. My insurance told me to take pictures of the vehicle and while I was on the phone with them he locked the shop and told me I was. It allowed inside. I feel the owner was being very shady towards me and that there was something on this vehicle that he wanted. Also the rearend was bent out of shape after the recovery and I know that it didn’t happen in the wreck nothing ever even touched the back end of the vehicle. Stay away from this towing company it is ran and operated by rogues

The towing portion of this business is a scam. We were broken down on the shoulder of the highway today, 7-26-18, and the highway patrol called this company to move us to the nearest exit. Five miles away. No big deal. I asked the tow truck driver to tell me a price. He evaded. I asked again. He said he'll "add it up when we get there". SHADY... The whole loading/towing/unloading operation took all of forty five minutes. He hands me a folded up reciept that says $240 on the bottom. No itemized list, no loading fee, no mileage fee. He could have just as easily written any number on it. I'm not that great at math, but that's $40 a mile. Literally highway robbery. I am disgusted. Everyone, especially the highway patrol needs to stop using this company. By the way, Virginia Law 46.2-118A1 st

My tail pipe broke loose & was dragging on the ground. I was traveling & needed a mobile mechanic to fix & get me back on the road. Even though he was very busy he came at 10pm to fix my tail pipe. I was extremely happy that he came & fixed it.

Apparently it takes over a month to repair a vehicle and I guess the owner must have been using it for their family vacation since it was given back with over 3000 miles more than when it was dropped off which is outrageous. This wasn't my experience, but rather a close family friend's. Do not take your car here, find a real repair shop.

Price gouging at its core!! My teenage daughter got stranded in Virginia. They were called and towed her 6 miles to the gas station and charged her $240.00 at 5pm on a Thursday. Don’t ever use them.
