Fuller's Car Wash

Just got my Honda CRV a mid winter detail. I don't have a before picture but you can see the results. I met the manager, very nice guy. Had a total car detail. It looks great. Thank you all.

35 year customer at multiple locations. A customer NO MORE… I paid for a $58 car wash, tire shine and floor mats.. absolutely nothing was wiped down. Not the seats, there were smudges in the glass on the inside. Not properly vacuumed, and the inside was not dirty, to miss obvious things is unacceptable for that cost not to mention the $10 tip that the employee didn’t deserve. Understaffed on busy days. This was Fullers absolute last chance. So many other car washes that do a better job for this price.

I just returned home from Fullers Car Wash in Mokena. I paid $48.00 for the ultimate wash. They did not do a very good job cleaning on the inside. Also, when I returned home I noticed a small dent that was not there before. There were also several scratches on the car. I called and spoke to the manager, they refused me any compensation. I’ll get this place a big zero! I will never go here again

Well against my wishes, my husband took the van here again today and the service was still terrible! They were supposed to clean (vacuum) the inside but there is dirt and debris everywhere. Only positive thing to say is that they are consistent. Just paid $48 for a wash at the Mokena, IL Location and the van is still dirty! Bugs on the front of the vehicle and mud behind the front tires. Vacuuming wasn’t done well either. Manager said we had to bring it back today or tomorrow but that wasn’t doable for us sorry we’re just out of luck. (I told him I had pictures I could send him but that wasn’t good enough)

Just took multiple dings and scratches on the car. Kia Forte 2024. Deep one as well that will need to be repaired. Never coming back again. Warning everyone not to use this location.
