Fullerton Car Wash

I did a full detail about $200 and they made my car look like this. And i when i went back for this, the owner instantly denied and insisted that its my old paint Heres the highlight: Then one of the employee came and wiped the marks and they were gone . Clean. And i got $10 coupon for this 😂 but… Its disappointing how the owner instantly denies responsibility and tries to find a way out by blaming my car “old paint” “it was already there ” or “detail focuses on inside not outside” etc If anyone complain to the owner about damage done to the car after the wash, good luck;he responds with denial and blame. It’s just their attitude and the risk of damage that i wouldn’t recommend this place.

I paid $70 for a deluxe Hand wash. They did not wash the top of my truck and barely washed around the bottom of my doors there are still spots on my car. They forget to put my air freshener in and I had to go back to ask for it. My sons Air pods came up missing but they didn't steal his money he left or my change cup of over $ 5 in my car. I will not not be coming back

$6 basic wash on weds. Great working vacuums. My car looks amazing every week. Great monthly subscription. Oil change, smog check, detailing service

I really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt and patronize, but after this last cleaning, I can’t help but encourage people to find a different place to get both an oil change in the car cleaning. Every time you go, there is always a feeling of being ripped off by $10 being added for some service or telling you you need additional labor and always give you a reason why that makes no sense. My CT 200 had an additional “speciality filter” fee , which was news considering they write the amount on the frame of what they charged you the last time. $10 more. You are assured they’ll do a good job cleaning and don’t worry about it buddy, and you get a sloppy wash with an even sloppier towel dry and vacuum, but when you call it out, they say it’s busy and will come back.
