Fullerton Discount Tire Center

I've been going to Fullerton Discount Tire Center for years and have always had a great experience. The employees are always very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Most recently my car was riding very rough due to irregular tire wear and cupping. They were able to diagnose the underlying problem of worn out struts. Within just a couple hours they were able to order the parts and replace all four struts and tires, with balancing and alignment as well. I called around to compare prices and other local independent shops were charging significantly more just for the suspension work alone, not even including tires. My car is now back to riding as smooth as new! I would highly recommend checking them out for any tire, alignment, suspension or brake work.

They provide high-quality and fast service. (They changed my tires in 45minutes and gave free tire rotation service after 5Kmiles)

I’m not known to leave a bad review without first seeing other people’s reaction to their first encounter with the person answering the phone for the tire shop, but my experience was a bit off. I explained what I needed, he quoted me a something price and then rushed me off the phone. Will not take my car here for service, I strongly recommend cal class in customer service. It can’t always be about the money, first learn to gain your customers trust.

I've been buying tires from this place ever since I discovered it. They offer great prices and excellent service. Whenever my tire pressure is low, I stop by on my way to work to ask them to put air in the tires. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I’ve also recommended this place to my friends. They also do an excellent job with tire alignments. Highly recommend!

Called the shop after getting a flat tire nearby and they were able to sort me out quickly. Greg was an absolute gem of a man to work with and was incredibly helpful. Literally saved me and my tires. Thank you so much for all your help!
