You can be confident right away in meeting with the owner, Bryan from all his certifications as a Lexus/ Toyota specialist that his expertise and 27 years of experience will get your service done correctly. Don't waste your time and money with anyone else. He potentially saved me thousands of dollars in replacing my incorrect transmission fluid that was serviced by Jiffy Lube with the correct factory recommend fluid with fluid exchange machine that most service facilities don't event have. He has all of the state of the art, equipment to get all your maintenance and service time in house.

Very rude called to explain the problems of my car and he immediately with an attitude told me he declined to fix my car with no explanation or anything. Would not recommend I guess he declined because he knows he can’t fix my car, but an explanation would be nice instead of just “declining” 0/5 stars is what I wanted to give

Bryan is a top-notch mechanic and person. He is very professional and is straight-up and does not try to sell customers anything they do not need. His prices are more than fair. He is the owner and mechanic for this business. He works extremely hard and only uses OEM (Toyota) parts. Maybe customers are used to cheaper prices for off-brand parts, but name brand is best for your investment. Bryan changed my timing belt and water pump last year and I was extremely grateful. I needed help and he went above and beyond to help me. I have had no issues with these parts in the last year. This business is a quality business and an honest one. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am. Give it a chance and give Bryan a chance.

I have been going to this business for the past 10 years for maintenance on my Lexus RX330. It now has over 200k miles on it, and the engine is solid as ever. I can't even guess how much money I've saved by going to this place instead of the dealership. Bryan, the owner, has always been fair and honest and friendly with me. As far as I know, he only uses OEM parts, and I've never questioned the quality of work he puts into my car. His waiting room is basically "no frills". So don't expect to have coffee and donuts waiting for you, but you can expect to get quality work at a lower price than most dealerships. That has always been my experience.
