Fun Town RV Corporate Headquarters

This company is a joke. They will be your best friend until You drive off a lot with it then they don’t know you!! I had a slide out issue. It was making a terrible noise while it was running. The salesman told me it was supposed to sound like that… As I had it checked out knowing something was wrong by another mechanic of course the motor was busted. They did not take responsibility for fixing this. I will never return to This company again!! Please reconsider getting a purchase from this company!!! there are many reviews stating the same problem I had. They say they strive to have the best customer service possible. that is absolutely a lie..

UPDATE - changed our review from one star to four stars. Mark got in touch with us after we called in and explained our troubles. He went above and beyond toperdonslly make sure our issues were squared away he personally verified that all of our complaints were fixed on the Friday prior to our pickup. Saturday morning he verified once again that things were good before he called us to come and pick up. When we arrived he had our trailer inside the building (it was raining) and we went thru all of our concerns and verified that things were finally fixed. Ben was the tech that worked on it this time around. He was very attentive to making sure our trailer was right and that we were happy. He's a asset to the company as well as Mark. We purchase a new trailer and are making the 2nd payment on it and have had it in our possession 1 1/2 weeks out of 3 months. Can’t get anyone to tell you what is going on with it. I call and it then takes days to get a response. They still don’t give you a straight answer. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN! I am at the point of seeking advise on how to get my money back.

ALSO You didn’t fall short you completely failed!!!! UPDATE… came to pick up trailer and still not finished. When we were told it was! MORE LIES! UPDATE!! STILL BEING LIED TO! STILL EMPTY PROMISES!!!!We have been totally let down by two different fun town rvs. We will never purchase another rv from this company. They will sell you a new rv that leaks and has to be totaled then sell you another one that also leaks. These are also rv’s that cost 100,000 plus. This one has been at the service department at the Cleburne fun town for over 5 weeks and we have been nothing but lied to! Every single phone call has been lies. They don’t call you back ever! We’ve never been so disappointed in a business! Have asked for management several times and never get anything!! Such a disgrace!!

After leaving my last review about the Texarkana location things have only got worse. On top of the other issues that I have with my new camper that I had to repair myself because the dealer couldn’t fix them after two weeks ( took me two hours) I still haven’t gotten my refund check where I over paid for my camper I was informed the check was sent but when the person got back Tuesday they were going to put I stop payment on that check and fedex me a new one and I will have it Wednesday. Well this week is gone and no check. Then I happen to notice while camping this weekend that I don’t have a spare tire or any of my jack parts that are standard equipment on my unit.
