Fun Town RV Little Rock

Was able to get a water leak fixed here very quickly with the service department on 12/23. RV is being used and Jimmy said they should be able to fix it same day. All staff were friendly and helpful. Pickup was a bit confusing as the doors and Website indicated the Service Dept closes at 6pm. No local answer to phone when I called to check status at 4:30. The Main Number Operator tried without success and recommended I drive over. I arrived at 5:30 and the Service Dept was closed. A sales employee informed me that Service closes at 5pm. He made a few calls to get me my trailer. New to RVing I had a bit of difficulty hitching up and connecting. When I attempted to drive out the gates were closed/locked and I couldn’t find anyone. I called Tech Support who got ahold of the General Manager. H

Sara and Terrill were an amazing complement to funtown rv they were consistently the best duo in their service and they were the best in knowing their product and they were prepared to offer the best deal possible so my husband and I could get what we wanted in our new rv we were especially pleased with how the whole experience was so easy to finish up with and such a good experience for both of us. We recommend funtown rv for anyone who is looking for a great rv and the experience you will get from Sara and Terrill will be the last and only one you will get to make your dreams come true. Great experience at FunTown. Sara listened to why we were buying an RV. What features were most important and our price range. We toured more than a few models. After leaving, Sara contacted us that she had found a trailer at another location. It was exactly what we were looking for and now we own that RV
