Furr Auto Service

So I had a flat tire one day and I searched the closest auto shop. Thankfully I was just a block away from this one. I told the very kind older gentleman about my flat and he stopped was he was doing, told me to pull around, and he aired it up for me for free. It truly blessed me that day!! Seriously need more kindness like this in the world! Thank you so much again!

Simply put these guys are the best! They are so honest in a business that is hard to find true honesty. I will not take my cars anywhere else.

After leaving the Kalamazoo area, I’ve yet to find a mechanic like Furr Auto. I was reminded of how great Steve and Jack are recently when I took my mom’s car in for a noise it was making. They are honest, straight forward and incredibly knowledgeable. I trust what they are saying is in my best interest, every time. And I miss being able to take my car to their shop!

Steve & Jack always go out of their way to make sure their customers get a fair deal. They are informative on every aspect of their assessment of your vehicle and always have it fixed in a timely manner. They do not take advantage of people such as in many shops they sell you things you don't need. They are honest guys which is rare in today's auto repair market. Their place may not have a fancy waiting room with free drinks and snacks but they clearly make up for it when you compare their prices to the exploitive glittery shops. Highly recommend Fur Auto as they have serviced all of my vehicles for almost 2 decades.

Dependable and honest service with reasonable prices is the best way to describe Furr Auto. I started coming here when I moved back to Michigan. I found out about Jack and Steve when I asked my father who he trusted to work on his cars. I figured,, if these guys were good enough to get dads approval, that's all I needed to know. I'll never go to another shop unless I absolutely have to.
