Fushion Tires and Wheels LLC

Went here to get two use tires on the front of my vehicle! They gave me two smaller tires and NO receipt, I was NEVER TOLD “NO REFUNDS” !! They don’t even have it posted up anywhere ! I don’t sell tires so I was trusting them to do their job! But they took my cash and sold me two smaller tires’ which resulted in my car AWD OVERHEATING ! I went in the next morning to let them know ‘ owner wasn’t there so I had to go back after 12pm ! The lady was rude , I asked her for a receipt and asked her can they accommodate me for putting to small tires on my car ! She never got me a receipt until the owner (guy) came !! So far I can only say good things about this place, first time I had my F - type get flat a flat near by and they said I could leave it there while the tire came(over night) then I came back for my trucks. Trx I bought used tires since it was Sunday and I had to leave Monday morning(Great price!). So far been 4 1/2 months with the used tires and I that’s my travel/work truck. After that I went to upgrade my other work truck with new tires and the ordered them and had them installed same day! I recommend Fusion Tires. Honest review.

Racist, poor customer service, insensitive, rude, the list goes on ! This is after three consecutive trips with in two days I was told I got a brand new tire but the tire was not new it was bad for the inside out don’t let the fancy threads fool you they scamming ppl over there fasho ! Don’t believe me go up there yourself but don’t say I didn’t warn you! 180 gone just that fast ! Trust me save YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

Bought 2 used tires reg price $50ea ( they agreed to $40ea) 2-3 weeks later 1 tire blew completely out on the freeway(the tire wire was bad)... first they tried to charge me for another tire smh I ended up having to pay a extra $20. Then on top of that i went to discount tire and found out fusion tires put the completely wrong size tire on my vehicle! Very Careless. Will not be going back and I do not recommend this place.as experts you’re suppose to know how to install the correct sized tires.
